Meet Jaclyn Qualter, NP, A-CTTP

Nurse Practitioner & TeleMedicine Provider located in Youngsville, NC

Jaclyn Qualter, NP, A-CTTP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner providing consistently excellent care to her patients at Healix Health in Wake Forest, North Carolina.

Jaclyn graduated with honors and earned her nursing degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. She completed her nursing internships at the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the American Legacy Foundation, later renamed Truth Initiative®, both in Washington, DC. She has worked in health care for more than 20 years and has hands-on experience in critical care and internal medicine.

Jaclyn is passionate about providing affordable medical care to her community and takes time to establish trust with all her patients. She is qualified to treat trauma and fast-track patients who are less critical, and she is knowledgeable in a variety of emergency procedures.

Jaclyn also provides long-term guidance to her patients, educating them on better lifestyle choices as well as establishing health goals and helping them reach those goals. She looks forward to helping clients at Healix Health make the best of their health and feel confident about their health care decisions.

Meet Tyler Jackson, EMT-P

Lead Paramedic & Operations Manager located in Youngsville, NC

As our Lead Paramedic and Operations Manager, Tyler is a vital part of the Healix Health team. If you were to ask him, he would tell you that he is first and foremost a family man and second, a medical professional. His roots in Christianity and community service are deep, therefore, he continually strives to make a difference in the lives of others around him.

He has extensive work experience in the service industry, which has provided him with a firm foundation to build his medical management career on. He has worked in a variety of medical arenas, including EMS, emergency departments and urgent care clinics.

He joined LoginClinics in 2020 as Operations Manager for EHS Services but also enjoys staffing as a paramedic;  making house call and conducting group testing events.

His hobbies consist of spending time with his wife and three kids and enjoying the outdoors. He currently has his A.A.S in Emergency Medical Science and is working towards his undergraduate in occupational health and safety. His goal is to become a Certified Safety Professional and utilize his expertise to provide a safe working environment for others.

Meet Trenten Winebarger

EMT-B located in Youngsville, NC

Trenten grew up in the mountains of North Carolina. During high school, Trenten joined a local volunteer fire department where he was exposed to his first EMS calls. During his last year of high school he took an EMT-B class and shortly after started his first EMS job where he worked through college. After graduating from Appalachian State University with a degree in exercise science he enrolled in a paramedic program at Mayland Community College. Trenten has since worked as a paramedic at both rural and urban 911 EMS agencies.

Outside of medicine, Trenten enjoys working out, going for hikes, fishing, and reading books with a good cup of coffee. Trenten in currently pursuing his masters degree at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Meet Karen Bradley

HR Director located in Youngsville, NC

Karen has worked in healthcare human resources for over 20 years. She has her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the State University of New York at Fredonia and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. She has worked for organizations large and small including a skilled nursing facility, developmental/mental health agencies, and a healthcare software company.

Healix Health is very proud to have such a talented director of human resources on staff. Our employees are very important to us, so having Karen’s skill and expertise is much needed for our growing company!

Karen resides in Wake Forest, NC with her husband Adin and their two children. In her spare time, Karen enjoys reading and solving jigsaw puzzles, which she proudly displays in her home.

Meet Krystal Gill, RT

Clinical Coordinator located in Youngsville, NC

Krystal Gill, RT is Loginclinics’ Clinical Coordinator. She graduated in 2007 from Vance Granville Community College with an Associates of Science in Radiology Technology. During her training there she worked in various hospitals and clinics. Healthcare and caring for others runs deep in her family; her Grandmother was a nurse and so is her Mother. Krystal started her career in healthcare early; while she was still in high school and became a CNA at the age of 18!

After graduation, she worked at Maria Parham’s radiology department and then moved to a local urgent care, where she was for 8 years before joining Healix Health.

Outside of work, Krystal is a dedicated wife and mother to two boys. Her and her family enjoy camping, boating, spending time outdoors and time with family and friends.

Meet Sydney Bacon

EMT-P/Medical Assistant located in Youngsville, NC

Sydney serves as a Medical Assistant in our Youngsville clinic. She first worked in the clinic as an EMT-B for one year and now continues her work with us as a Paramedic, after graduating to become a Nationally Certified Paramedic in February 2025!  She is also a certified NHA phlebotomist. In addition to her work with Healix Health, she also serves as an EMT-P for a mobile urgent care company in Raleigh/Durham area. Sydney originally hails from Minnesota, where she worked for Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN as an EMT-B for one year.  Prior to that, Sydney worked for 3 years as a phlebotomist for Mayo Clinic. She is a fast learner and always ready to greet patients with a smile!

Outside of work Sydney likes to hike, run, and enjoy and good book outdoors! She also enjoys time with her 2 best friends, 2 dogs, and 2 cats.

Meet Jason Lee

EMT-B located in Youngsville, NC

Jason was introduced to the medical field at a very early age and this has shaped his career.  He served in the US Navy and was stationed in Louisiana, taking on the challenging task of assisting with Rescue/Relief/Recovery operations during Hurricane Katrina.  The Navy provided valuable skills, including meticulous attention to detail. Jason then entered the emergency medicine field, where he gained valuable experience as an EMT-B on an ambulance and as an emergency room technician. Once Jason transitioned to a safety role in the steel industry, he had found his niche.

Jason is a strong advocate for mental health awareness and a huge pop culture nerd.  Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, kayaking, painting and anything that will get his hands in the dirt! He also enjoys building things and helping his kids with various projects.  

With almost 25 years of Emergency Medical experience and a willingness to learn something new every day, Jason strives to bring knowledge, care, and compassion to everyone he encounters. Jason strives to live out his favorite quote:

Meet Tina Clark

EMT-B located in Youngsville, NC

Tina has been in the healthcare field for over 30 years.  She worked as a personal care aide for patients in their homes for many years and in 2014, obtained her EMT-B certification.  She has served as an EMT-B for volunteer rescue services and then transitioned to become a construction site EMT on a solar panel project. Tina has a love for learning and holds multiple certifications, including those for OSHA 30, confined spaces, scaffold safety, drug test screening, and emergency vehicle operations. 

Tina has resided in the same small town her entire life. She enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband of 39 years, 2 daughters, 4 grandchildren, and an adorable Pom-Chi named Lilly Monster. Tina also enjoys baking and decorating cakes, making miniatures with polymer clay, macrame and crochet.

Meet Lindsey Dillon

Practice Manager located in Youngsville, NC

Lindsey Dillon is Healix Health’s Practice Manager. She joined the team in early 2023 and has nearly 20 years of office management experience. Additionally, she is also well-versed in marketing and communications and has a passion for working with individuals with special needs.

Lindsey is a wife and mom of 4 children and 2 fur babies.  She is highly extroverted and tries to bring smiles and laughter with her everywhere she goes. In her down time, she is an active member of her church and serves in various areas of worship. She is passionate about God, her family, and music.
